A full mid-size renovation with new partitions, HVAC, electrical, and millwork typically runs 6–10 weeks. Full-floor corporate projects are quoted with a Gantt schedule before work begins so your move-in date is locked, not estimated.

Do I need a building permit for an office renovation in Toronto?

Usually yes, if you are adding or moving partitions, modifying electrical, relocating HVAC diffusers, or adding plumbing. Cosmetic work (paint, carpet, furniture) typically does not require a permit.
