Phase 01 — The Foundation
1987
The Beginning
Born Into Responsibility
Didn’t grow up with a blueprint or a safety net. Learned early what it means to take care of things when no one else is coming to fix them. That lesson runs through everything Spartan does today.
2003
Age 16
Warehousing & Retail Operations
Entered the workforce at 16. Logistics, inventory flow, accountability, and systems behind the scenes. Discipline and work ethic forged on the floor — not from theory.
Phase 02 — The Craft
2006
Age 19
Stone Fabrication
Natural stone — fabrication, tolerances, finish quality. Precision at the material level. Learned what it costs when a measurement is wrong. Mistakes don’t disappear on stone. They stay forever.
2010
Age 23
Kitchen Manufacturing
Layouts, cabinetry, production timelines, trade coordination, client expectations. Where design met execution for the first time — and where it became clear how often the gap between the two costs everyone money.
Phase 03 — The Build
2013
Age 26
Construction Company Launched
First company. Full responsibility for scopes, trades, timelines, and clients at once. First exposure to what breaks projects — and what fixes them. Every failure was documentation in real time.
2016
Age 29
Builder & Developer
Larger projects, budgets, and long-term planning. Leadership at scale. Risk management. Execution under pressure. This phase sharpened everything a controlled environment can’t teach.
Phase 04 — The Scale
2019
Age 32
International Operations
Expanded into South Florida. Distance and scale make systems non-negotiable — not optional. Learned that the quality of a system is tested hardest when you can’t be on the site yourself.

Franchise Expansion — 3 Locations
Scaled operations across three locations simultaneously. Refined repeatable processes, training systems, quality control standards. This stage proved one thing above all: structure beats hustle every time, at every scale.

We walk the space. Measure everything.
Detailed site notes, measurements, photographs. Looking for what’s behind walls and under floors — not just what’s visible. Hidden conditions are found before demo, not after.

Draw
Architectural Drawings
Existing and proposed layout drawn to scale.
Every trade works from the same drawings. No verbal scope. No interpretation gaps. Permits produced where required. The drawing is the foundation everything else is built on.

Lock
ClearScope™ Takeoff
Every trade counted. Price locked.
Every surface measured from the drawings. Every material specified with waste factors applied. Line-item document — labour and material broken out per trade. You approve it. That is the number you pay.

Finish Selections
Every material confirmed before work starts.
Tile, flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, hardware, paint — locked and documented before demo begins. The single most common cause of delays is decisions made during the build. We eliminate it.

Trade Scheduling
Gantt chart built. Long-lead materials ordered.
Builders Plug™ trades confirmed for their phases. Long-lead materials — custom cabinets, special-order tile, structural steel — ordered before demo so they arrive when needed. Timelines hold because sequencing was done first.

Construction
One PM. One accountability chain.
Spartan’s project manager runs the site daily. Trades sequenced per Gantt. Inspections booked ahead. You receive updates — not problems. Milestone payments release as phases complete and are verified.

Reality
Final Handoff
Vision becomes the space you live in.
Complete walkthrough. Every deficiency resolved before final payment releases. Site cleaned. Warranty documentation provided. Final 10% held until you sign off. The project is not complete until you are satisfied with every detail.
