PHASE 2: SCOPE & CLEARQUOTE™
We don’t do vague estimates. We do:
- Full digital takeoffs (material + labour quantities)
- Scope lists (included / not included / contingencies)
- Allowances for finish selections
- Transparent pricing ranges
Output: ClearScope™ Proposal with pricing paths

PHASE 3: DESIGN & PLANNING
Whether it’s a new build or a renovation:
- We finalize drawings and layout approvals
- Provide material selections or design support
- Coordinate structural or permit needs (if required)
Output: Approved drawings + product spec shee

- Project is scheduled and trades mobilized
- Each milestone is tracked and signed off
- Quality control is enforced throughout
- Site is kept clean, safe, and respectful of your space

- Final walkthrough + deficiency checklist
